Maltivas provides an online platform that connects creators with customers for booking events, scheduling appointments, and requesting services. The service includes event and appointment scheduling, payment processing, creator profiles, SMS and email notifications, and collaboration tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

3. User Accounts

To use our service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Interfere with or disrupt the service

8. Copyright Infringement & DMCA Compliance

Maltivas, operated by Maltivas Corp, complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Users may not upload or distribute copyrighted content without authorization.

When we receive valid DMCA notifications, we will:

• Remove or disable access to the material
• Notify the user
• Allow the user to submit a counter-notice
• Enforce our repeat-infringer policy

9. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

Maltivas offers optional SMS notifications to creators on the platform. By opting in, you agree to the following:

• You will receive transactional SMS messages related to booking confirmations, service requests, and account alerts.
• SMS notifications are not marketing messages. We will never send promotional or advertising content via SMS.
• Message frequency varies based on your booking and service activity on the platform.
• Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message or by disabling notifications in your account settings.
• For help, reply HELP to any SMS message or contact support@maltivas.com.

Consent to receive SMS notifications is not required as a condition of using the Maltivas platform or purchasing any services. Your phone number will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
