Maltivas provides an online platform that connects creators with customers for booking events, scheduling appointments, requesting services, and supporting creator-led crowdfunding campaigns. The service includes event and appointment scheduling, payment facilitation, creator profiles, SMS and email notifications, and collaboration tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

All content included on the service, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Maltivas or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.
Maltivas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
Maltivas, operated by Maltivas Corp, complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Users may not upload or distribute copyrighted content without authorization.

Maltivas offers optional SMS notifications to creators on the platform. By opting in, you agree to the following:
Consent to receive SMS notifications is not required as a condition of using the Maltivas platform or purchasing any services. Your phone number will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Maltivas offers a crowdfunding feature that allows creators to receive direct financial support from backers. The following terms apply to any pledge made through a crowdfunding campaign.
When you pledge to a campaign, you are providing direct financial support to the creator. You are not pre-ordering a product or entering into a sales contract with Maltivas. Maltivas acts solely as a payment facilitator — we are not the seller, merchant of record, or guarantor of any rewards, products, services, or outcomes a creator may describe on their campaign page.
Pledged funds are transferred to the creator's connected payment account at the time of pledge, less the applicable platform fee and payment processor fees. Maltivas does not hold, escrow, or custody pledged funds at any point. The time it takes for funds to become available in the creator's bank account is determined by the creator's payment processor (Stripe, Paystack, or Flutterwave) and their bank, not by Maltivas.
Any rewards, perks, products, services, or other deliverables described on a campaign page are promises made by the creator to the backer. Maltivas is not a party to those promises, does not verify or guarantee them, and is not responsible for delivery, quality, timing, or fulfillment. Any agreement regarding rewards is solely between the backer and the creator.
Because pledged funds are transferred to the creator immediately, Maltivas does not issue refunds from platform funds. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact the creator directly. Creators may, at their discretion, issue refunds from their own balance through their payment processor. Maltivas may, at its sole discretion, facilitate communication between backers and creators but is not obligated to resolve refund disputes.
Backers retain any rights to dispute card transactions with their card issuer. Such disputes are handled by the card networks and the relevant payment processor in accordance with their rules. Repeated or unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension.
Creators who run campaigns are solely responsible for: accurate representation of their project, fulfillment of any rewards they promise, communication with their backers, applicable taxes on funds they receive, and compliance with all applicable laws. By launching a campaign, the creator confirms they have read and agreed to these terms and the Creator Agreement.
Maltivas charges a platform fee on each successful pledge. The current fee schedule is shown on the campaign creation page and may be updated from time to time. Payment processor fees (charged by Stripe, Paystack, or Flutterwave) are deducted separately by those processors and are outside Maltivas's control.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
